It's Here! The much anticipated is finally here.
The question, will it live up to the hype?
We'll be scouring reviews, checking user feedback, and hopefully getting one ourselves, to see if it lives up to the hype and deserves to become a 3LUXE "Best Of."

This past week I was at a cottage on the Georgian Bay in Ontario with little access to the outside world. The exception, my BlackBerry. There were 3 of us there with SmartPhones - an iPhone, a BlackBerry Pearl and an old school 7280. After a few beers, we had a friendly competition to see whose smart phone was better (when you're on an island in the middle of nowhere entertainment takes on a different twist). It became clear early on that none of us would admit that the other's device was better (go figure) and we all had our favorite features that suited us well. The iPhone - awesome google maps feature that blew the crackberries away. On the Blackberry 2 great software packages - Viigo an awesome RSS reader that keeps you connected no matter where you go, and saves you the time of having to surf on a mobile device as it pushes the content right to your BlackBerry. Another great app for the BlackBerry, 411. Plug in the address or zip where you are and it will quickly find restaurants, movies, Starbucks etc. and map you to them, great for the business/casual traveler.

Finally - we all liked our email applications. The iPhone was set up for business email and worked as good as the BBs, despite some of the heat it is taking in blogs. All in all we each had our favorite, but agreed that they all help us stay in touch.

I am looking for a smart phone. I have a PDA but not incorporated within my phone. My question is this.... I need to be able to color code my families schedule on the calander and can you sync these apps. the same as you can with a PDA on your pc? When you talk to the sales reps they can't always answer the questions and they are too busy in their sales pitch to answer the questions that I have.
