Flavor Paper
From the 9th ward in New Orleans comes Flavor Paper, a sassy, fresh wallpaper company that not even Hurricane Katrina could keep down for long. Flavor Paper evolved out of a small screen-printing company started in the 1970's by an Oregon hippie named Ted. Not much is known about Ted, but when his business failed, real estate developer Jon Sherman, who was wowed by the designs, came to the rescue and Flavor Paper was born. Now with a clientele including Bergdorf Goodman, Micheal Jordan and Lenny Kravitz, Flavor Paper has been making custom, hand-screened wallpapers for over 30 years. Bold, retro patterns, saucy burlesque lingerie motifs and hip bubblegum pinks and eye-catching aquas make Flavor Paper a great source for of-the-moment home decor. Designer Joanna Bean has also created a collection of printed silk fabric for an upscale touch. Using top-quality water-based inks, this "Best Of" has a flavor option for you, whatever your taste.
