this is the worst playscape ever.. the wood arrived in horrible condition--it splinter like crazy..we had missing pieces!!! the company is of no help on the phone!!! we finally just refused the order and went with a local company!! very very disappointed!! DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I bought a playset for my niece for her birthday in July. Not having kids of my own, I had no idea what to look for. The staff at kids creation were extremely helpful and helped me make not only a decision that would be safe for my niece, but also with components that any little girl would love. Everything showed up with easy to assemble instructions and made out of quality products. I am a stay at home mom with two kids and a babysitting business. I wanted to find a play set that would be functional enough for children of all ages. I live in a neighborhood that has at least a dozen swingsets in yards and I can tell you that our set from KIDS CREATIONS is by far the best of all the sets (we now have several neighbors that have ordered their new sets from KIDS CREATION after comparing the others) in the area. They are built sturdier and use real redwood. I ordered ours online and designed it myself to what my kids wanted. It promptly arrived and a couple neighbors helped me erect it and it and all the kids in the neighborhood are playing with our kids on it all the time! I'm guessing that the blogger "sassafrass" bought her set from someone else but but could't find there site to post her rant. Poor girl, if she got one from KIDS CREATIONS she would be happy.
