The RT CS 130 delivers the performance of Atomic’s top-of-the-line RT TI 150 racing boot yet it offers a more comfortable fit. Its full closed-cell PU foam lining, Lycra lining with close foot contact and conformable foot bed deliver unequalled comfort in a stiff, high-performance racing boot. The 100 percent twin cuff alignment allows full up-down, forward-back movement. The Matrix Alu Micro Buckles are technical and light with CNC cross-drilled aluminum and the coolest design. The Atomic RT CS 130 also has a 45mm ACS Velcro strap, Recco Reflectors for avalanche safety and an adapter for Therm-ic foot beds and battery packs.

I can't tell which atomic boot you ar talkin about, The boot you picture is not an RT CS 130. The 130 I believe is white shell and red cuff. If I had time I'd find out which one you are showing is. I think it might be an "X" model.
