This commercial-style gas oven uses Viking’s ProFlow™ Convection Baffle system for incredibly even heat circulation that translates into perfect baking conditions. The VSH Pro Sealed Burner system offers a searing 15,000 BTUs and infinite settings along with a surface design that’s easy to clean. The Gourmet-Glo™ Infrared Broiler delivers intense heat for searing meats and fish to lock in the juices. The gas Char-Grill brings authentic outdoor grilling indoors because special “flavor generator” plates circulate smoke around your favorite foods as they are grilling. This “Best Of’s” griddle/simmer plate has dual thermostatically-controlled heat to maintain the perfect temperature, and the VariSimmer™ setting on the gas surface burners allows precision control of ultra-low cooking temperatures. Cleaning is a snap with removable grates and other hardware and a porcelainized cooking surface with raised edges around the perimeter to completely contain spills.
