Buck Baker Racing School
Ask serious NASCAR fans where you should go to learn how their heroes drive and they’ll likely tell you the Buck Baker Racing School. This “Best Of” was founded in 1980 by NASCAR racing legend Buck Baker, making it the oldest and best-known NASCAR-type racing school in America. Located in Charlotte where the new NASCAR Hall of Fame is opening in 2009, the Buck Baker Racing School has trained some of racing’s top drivers, including four-time Nextel Cup Champion Jeff Gordon and 2002 Nextel Cup Champ Tony Stewart. You’re sure to love the school’s partnership with XTREMEX3 that enables it to record, store and play back all dimensions of your extreme racing experience so you can relive the adrenaline rush. The Buck Baker Racing School has expanded recently to operate out of five of the top racetracks in the Southeast, and it offers a variety of programs for amateurs, budding champions and corporate events including a special outing that combines racing at the North Carolina Speedway in Rockingham with golfing at Pinehurst.
