- All-Clad pans with a stainless interior cooking surface are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. All-Clad pans with a non-stick cooking surface are oven-safe up to 400 degrees, but should not be used under the broiler. We recommend using a low to medium temperature when cooking with All-Clad. Higher heats are not necessary and may cause discoloration (see cleaning instructions below).

I think with all the info I got about All-Clad cookware, it must be an enormously fantastic product and something that some people aswell as I can only dream about as it is very expensive unfortunatly but must be understood as the price must measure up to the quality of this fantastic product. Hopefully I'll be able to afford it someday.

Samanda - I know where you're coming from. I still have a set of pots and pans I bought at target when I moved out on my own, but have been adding All-Clad one pan at a time. Everytime I'm in department store, Macy's for example, I swing through the housewares department and check out the Pots and Pans. I'll often find one pan on sale, and often with a deep discount. I'm building up my All-Clad collection one pan at a time :)
