The Fire Magic Elite offers an enormous 1,056 square inches of cooking area supported by eight burners. It also boasts a heavy-duty rotisserie kit with a high-torque turning motor, recessed burner and heavy-gauge stainless steel spit rods. Use either natural or propane gas to crank up 105,000 BTUs and a top temperature of 1,600°F. Heat zone separators and a wood chip smoker drawer increase your food preparation options, as does a flush-mounted side burner and stainless steel warming rack. A digital built-in thermometer and internal halogen lights let you keep close track of cooking conditions even if the party continues after sundown. Stainless steel construction and a new teardrop style hood mean the Fire Magic Elite is both stylish and durable.
