We ordered Arthur Lauer furniture for our cottage on Georgian Bay, and we are incredibly pleased. We ordered several chairs, tables, and footrests from their Berkeley collection and it looks fantastic. The craftsmanship is clear, the finish is flawless, and the furniture is incredibly comfortable. What more could you ask for? How about great service? While there was a slight snafu with our delivery date, it actually allowed the Arthur Lauer customer service to shine through. They had great communication and a very obvious desire to make things right and ensure we were happy. We are. While we love our Berkeley furniture, I'm sure you'd get the same great quality and service we did on any of their collections (including the Bellamy above).
