Brodin Pro Series Nets Review

Brodin Pro Series Nets
After about 25 years in the wood manufacturing business, the owners of Brodin Pro Series Nets decided to move their manufacturing facility to Costa Rica. The Central American nation is world-renowned for its environmental ethic. A full 28% of that country's land has protected status. And thanks to government incentives, teak plantations are on the rise. This wood matures quickly, sparing native rain and cloud forest woods from the chainsaw. While Brodin will honor requests to make nets of cocobolo, ron-ron or cristobal woods, they strongly push the nets made from their renewable Teak sources, rather than rarer more slow-maturing woods traditionally used in net making. You can choose from conventional mesh or a clear rubber bag. This is a fly fishing net you can feel very good about owning, particularly while you’re scooping a hog of a trout out of the water.

From thorough independent research, we selected the Brodin Pro Series Nets as a 3LUXE "Best Of", to see our other two Fly Net selections visit our Fly Net Overview.
