Lumaray FL 12-RX Flashlight
A light-emitting diode (LED) flashlight with the name befitting a rocket, the Lumaray FL 12-RX could be just what the doctor ordered. This unusual but cool flashlight looks like standard equipment issue on the Starship Enterprise. One of its coolest features is that it can stand straight up without any assistance and, in so doing, bounce light off the ceiling and illuminate an entire room. It will even stand if you attach a lanyard to its end. One of the other particularly nice features about this "Best Of" choice is its custom optic lens - what the manufacturer refers to as a "cold-mounted multi-lens array" - that offers you a range of beams comparable to conventional incandescent flashlights. The FL-12-RX also offers a comfortable, ergonomic grip. But should you drop it near or into water, you'll be pleased to know that it's waterproof. And the smart design drains the batteries slowly, giving you ultimate battery life. This flashlight is, as Spock would say, "quite logical."
