In his Brooklyn workshop, Brosius hand-blends magical, at times irreverent and always amazing scents that align with sensual memories, as in the experiential scent “Burning Leaves.” “In the Library” evokes the smell of old masterworks bound in Russian and Moroccan leather, while “Memory of Kindness” conjures up the emotions of childhood with the scent of green tomato vines growing in warm earth and “At the Beach 1966” blends the punch of Coppertone sun lotion with wet sand and seashells.
