In 1994 Kurt Van Keppel and Scott Almsberger, unhappy with the cutters available on the market, set out to make a cutter that was stylish, yet performed like nothing else they had found. Now they have taken their design one step further with the Havana Collection by XIKAR, improving on an already well-revered cigar cutter. Each of these “Best Of” cigar cutters are hand crafted by a Parisian Artist who paints the French maple wood, and then places cigar band pieces in a collage pattern to make a design that exemplifies the cigar city of Havana.
