You've heard of the four-minute mile, right? Well the Jetboil Personal Cooking System (PCS) is something of the Roger Bannister of camp stoves. It can bring four cups of water to a boil in four minutes. That's due in part to their fancy heat exchanger that increases efficiency up to 50% over other similar camp stoves. They call the exchanger the "Fluxring," (Reminds us of the Flux Capacitor from the "Back to the Future" movies.) Despite its power, the Jetboil PCS weighs in at only 15 ouncessomething you'll appreciate after hiking just a few miles. Two other features also caught our attention and made this a "Best Of' pick. First, a locking system keeps the pot and burner united. Second, it comes with a neoprene cozy that doubles as a potholder.
