I had such problems with the customer service end of things that I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. I first placed my order for a silk duvet mid January. 2-3 weeks later I had not heard anything from the company either in receiving the item or any type of email confirmation of receiving the order or shipping it out. I left messages on their only number on the website and emailed them as well. No answer. I asked them via voicemail and email to cancel my order and refund me(they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order back in Jan). Then I finally got an email response saying that the order will be shipped out tomorrow and they will provide me with a tracking number. First of all, it wasn't addressed to me (though it was my email address). I promptly emailed them back and left a voicemail to cancel my order. I never got a response, I never got a tracking number and I ended up with their item by UPS 1 week later. I returned the item unopened and set up a charge dispute through my credit card company which I am in the midst of. For someone who does so much online purchasing I would like to warn others of my problems with this company.
